Speaker 1: … All right.
Speaker 2: All right. So there’s the dumpster full. We’re at Charleston. There goes Terry. We’re coming in. We’ve already started the rehab. Rehab is started. Mike’s prepping some walls. This place was a hoarder’s house. Got a good dumpster out of it. We’re not sure why the ceiling got taken down but that’s okay. This is the kitchen here. Will be a very nice kitchen. It’s going to have the family room in back. This was a closet. Didn’t need to be a closet so we get to open our kitchen up a little bigger. And here’s Tony.
Tony: Hey.
Speaker 2: Hey, Tony. He’s getting walls ready here too. Get some drywall back in here. Here’s bedroom one. Look at this black stuff on the floor. See that? That is just disintegrated carpet pad. It’ll come right up. We’ll be able to refinish the hardwood floors that are underneath. Disintegrated carpet pad. Also will come up and get to refinish the floors.
And a third bedroom, number three of four. So, currently this is set up as a Jack and Jill bathroom right here. And you can see where the sink, toilet was. It was a half bath that joined into this back bedroom. Well, this back bedroom will still stay a bedroom as a master. But right here where you see these posts, that’s going to come out and we’re going to put a shower in here. So you still have a toilet and a sink but then this little opening to the third bedroom, this will be closed so you have a private master.
It’s got a great tree in the backyard. It’s the most beautiful. It’s not in bloom right now, too bad. It’s a mimosa. So beautiful.
This is the back room. Can’t walk through that direction because the installation from, we don’t know why the dropped ceiling, is piled up about 2 feet deep. So, got a nice set of French doors. Going to rebuild the deck and rebuild the flooring in here. Great little Maryland Heights house. Be ready here in about two months.
